Joeven Valenzuela is a registered Professional Engineer and LEED AP BD+C. He has more than 20 years of design and project management experience in the field of engineering with extensive experience including business management and coordination between clients and design teams.
In the field of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design his expertise includes electrical, lighting, power, fire alarm, security, UPS, and emergency power systems design. He prepares engineering design proposals and agreements, assists clients with bidding and construction administration. He has designed a wide range of projects including: single and multifamily housing, educational, government buildings, health care offices, car dealerships, data centers, jails, military, financial, shopping & retail centers, hotels, commercial, and industrial facilities. He graduated Cum Laude from Western Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University. Joeven is a member of the Florida Engineering Society, National Society of Professional Engineers, U.S. Green Building Council, National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying and was a Board Member of the Green Initiative Advancement Board for the City of Delray Beach from 2012 to 2014.
